Aspire boasts a venue to suit every style of event with 15 spaces and 3 lawns available across our 2 campus locations. From school formals, engagement parties, lunch meetings, seminars, gala dinners in the prestigious University Hall, multi-day conferences at the modern Innovation Campus, exhibition and trade shows at the expansive Sports Hub, and events with a difference at UniBar or on one of our iconic University of Wollongong lawns, we have a venue to suit your need.
The prestigious UniHall is the ideal venue for conferences, award ceremonies formals and gala dinners. The refurbished hall features high ceilings, offering a grand theatre feel – the perfect canvas for theming and ‘wow factor’ for special events. The adjoining foyer and Champagne Lawn offer options for pre-event drinks and networking.
Features: Large stage, in-built projector and giant screen, air-conditioning, high-speed WiFi, separate foyer area and adjoining lawn.
The UniHall Foyer is a contemporary, light-filled function space, perfect for small launch events or networking functions that can spill out onto the “Champagne Lawn”.
Features: High ceiling and floor to ceiling glass windows looking out onto the Champagne Lawn.
The “Thought Bubble” is a traditional meeting room, perfect for your smaller meetings, presentations, lunches, or intimate cocktail parties. The newly refurbished terrace is perfect for a breakout area for catering.
